Join the AnyRoute support group for technical questions, service assistance, and partnership discussions.

Never post an API key in the group. If you expose a key accidentally, delete or revoke it immediately and create a new one.

Before asking a question

Please include the following information:

Confirm that you have read the pinned group notice.

Confirm that you followed the console onboarding instructions and understand how to create and import an API key. You can reopen the onboarding guide from the user menu in the console.

Check the AnyRoute User Guide and the relevant setup guide first.

When appropriate, ask an AI assistant to help diagnose the problem and include the relevant conversation. Redact API keys, account details, and other sensitive information.

Include the complete error message and screenshots. Remove secrets before sharing.

For non-private questions, ask in the group so other members can help and benefit from the answer.

If your question is missing the information above, support may ask you to provide it before troubleshooting.

Service-stability incidents are handled with priority and are not subject to the documentation-first requirement.
